Solis Ventus Ltd offers delivery service by courier, orders will be dispatched the same day if received by 11am that day.

If items are out of stock or on back order please allow up to 7 working days.

Free delivery to Northern Ireland & UK on orders over £70 ex vat.

Express or AM delivery the next day must be ordered before midday, for more information please enquire.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Solis Ventus Ltd will accept returns within 30 days if the items have the original labels/tags and original packaging. Once returned, a refund will be put back on the original card used.

Solis Ventus Ltd will exchange faulty items (within reason it has been the manufacturers fault and proven) if the item is a genuine manufacturer's fault.

​If the item has been purchased, incorrectly or the wrong size has been ordered, we will arrange to exchange it for the correct product/size. Customer will be liable to pay postage to return to sales@solis-ventus.co.uk
